This policy explains how Revolt (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use https://revolt.laviondigital.com/. We act as data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), phone, billing and delivery address.
- Order data: products ordered, payment status, shipping details, tracking.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited, cookies (see below).
- Partner data: if you join our partner or wholesale programme, your application details, referral and payout records.
Why we use it
- To create your account and fulfil orders (contract).
- To prevent fraud and comply with tax and legal duties (legal obligation).
- To keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interest).
- To send marketing email only if you opted in (consent); you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who receives it
Payment providers, carriers (e.g. DHL), email and hosting providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order and invoice data is kept as long as tax law requires (7 years in the Netherlands). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

We use essential cookies (login, cart, referral attribution for partners, 30 days) and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner.
Your rights
